This product includes everything from Vital Home Insurance plus some higher policy limits and additional features and benefits such as cover for fusion of household electric motors (motor burnout) and up to twice the limit of legal liability compared with Vital Home Insurance.

Prestige Home Insurance

This product provides covers for accidental loss or damage to your buildings and/or contents (unless we state otherwise in the policy).  It also includes some additional benefits such as legal defence costs, cover for contents in transit if you are moving house and offers up to twice the limit of legal liability compared with Vital Home Insurance.

To make a home insurance claim online:

A convenient way to make a home insurance claim is via the Claim Form. You can submit your home insurance claim notification 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whenever it suits you.

All you need to do is complete the online claim form. Once it is lodged, a friendly claims consultant will contact you as soon as possible.
